Return and Exchange Policy
All return or exchange have to be done within 7 days from the delivered date with minimum 15% restocking fee (Full refund only applied to D.O.A. No full refund for incompatible products. It is purchasers obligation to determine the compatibility of the items prior to purchase ). All products sales are final and warranty service only after 30 days, there are no exception.

A restocking fee equal to minimum 15% of the purchase price will be charged on any opened item, unless the item is defective and is in exchanged for exact same item. Shipping&handling and insurance charges are not refundable for any returned products. Refunds will only be credited to the same credit card or Paypal account.?

If product arrives damaged (D.O.A.), save the product and the original packaging, notify crhub.com Customer Service immediately to obtain a RMA number. Customer needs fill out the claim form of the damaged merchandise (have to notify us within 3 business days). Please ask the claim form from the shipping courier. No exchange, return or refund for damage to the item due to mishandling or misuse.

Customer is responsible for shipping and insurance charge if applied on any returned items. For your protection, we recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged. All items must be 100% complete and in "good as new" conditions. Returned items must contain all warranty cards, manuals, accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.

If you have an item you wish to return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service Department within 7 days from the delivered date for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are valid for 7 days from date of issuance. Please ensure that the RMA number is visible on your return packing label. Please use Canada Post or USPS(US Post Service) to ship the RMA back. US residents need to claim a RMA returen for $0.00 value to customs. Any returns from out of Canada made without following the above procedure will be REFUSED. We don't accaept any shipment with any TAX/duty/broker and C.O.D charge.

For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number, reason for the return, email address and phone number. ATEN KVM ONLINE reserves the right to refuse any return due to expired RMA number, no RMA number on shipping label, the wrong carrier (except Canada Post within Canada and US Post in USA ) or incomplete items including original packaging.

Out of warranty Repair is $50 per hour labor plus parts and return freight.
